Ursuline Secondary School open night

Welcome back to all our students after the February midterm break. We hope you are well rested and ready to continue the term to Easter!

Just a note to say that the Ursuline Secondary School is hosting an open night tomorrow, Tuesday 23rd February, at 7pm. This event is for the enrolment of incoming first years and prospective students will be able to find out information about all aspects of the secondary school. Representatives from St Angela’s Academy will be present to answer any questions about the music department and instrumental tuition.

Lessons suspended for February midterm break

Please note that there will be no scheduled lessons at St Angela’s Academy next week for the midterm break. The school will reopen on Monday 22nd February. We wish our students an enjoyable break and remind them to keep up regular practice!

The Thurles Parish Exhibition was a great success

Thurles Parish’s exhibition of local clubs, societies and organisations took place successfully in the Premier Hall last Friday 5th February and Saturday 6th February.

There was a great atmosphere around the Hall and everyone who attended received a wealth of information about the wide range of groups active in the local area.

St Angela’s Academy of Music had a stand on both days and we were delighted to be involved in this community event.
